Kinda. When i in car, it shows the healthbar and stuff, but when i just near the car, it not showing.

What for? I don't need this.
The point is: when player near car or in it, it shows the hp bar above car and hp in percent.

The camera pool only stores attached/target (as in, "target lock") cars.. it wouldn't store all the cars on screen. For that, you'd need get the cars visible by using the camera position-target vector or, get all the cars and test which are on-screen using opcode 02CA.
