This will only tell you if you have these versions: 1.0us, 1.0eu, or 1.1.

Firstly, we want to check that the version is 1.0. Start up San Andreas. Wait until you get to the main menu.

You should make sure that this is not anywhere on the screen:

There should be no sign of your version!


Now to check if you have US or EU (I'm not sure about the others)... Click on "Options" then go to "Language".

If you see all of these:

• English
• French
• German
• Italian
• Spanish

You have the EU version.



If you only see these:

• English
• Spanish

Yay, you have the US version!

So, no version number and only english and spanish languages means you probably have the right version for modding.
