Coding like a Rockstar! Posts: 1,468 From: ??? Joined: 28-May 09	GTAG Homepage Content As you can see, from looking at our homepage, we've been stuck with the same old news updates for a while now. This is mainly due to my inability to always be ready to update this daily and lack of help in doing it. However, since I aim to go in a slightly different direction from other Grand Theft Auto fansites, I'm considering the following change to the content that gets posted on the GTAG homepage, where the outdated news currently sits. Most GTA sites are based around providing information about the GTA series as well as news and a few other goodies. GTAG plans to focus more on the 'goodies'. Most people visiting a GTA website already know a lot, so providing them with information is seemingly a low priority for me. Instead, I think it would be great to just post anything that 'takes my fancy'. Anything interesting thing about any GTA game that I can find, I will post about. This can include news too, but only stuff that actually provides some sort of use to the average gamer. No unimportant stuff about the latest statistics of the latest games sales. While this could be interesting at times, it's not really something that many take an interest in and is only slightly related to GTA itself. The articles can be anything, from really cool mods to fun Youtube videos that are related to Grand Theft Auto. They can be stuff that can be found outside GTAG, or stuff that is GTAG's that I find worthy of the front page. It doesn't have to be about the latest GTA's. It could be something that takes you back a few years. The only exception would be news specifically about GTAG. On another note, I would like to remind everyone that we need members! We have other things in mind, specifically for the forum, that we are sure people will enjoy taking part in. But we need enough active members to get it started. Please invite anyone you can, and maybe even get them to invite more! And we'll promise to return you with some great stuff. - Reply with any thoughts below...
