'CAT' Catalina - Freaky Mexican "lady" (Cesars cousin)

'CESAR' Cesar - Car freak and quite possibly CJ's best friend...

'COPGRL1' - Naked Cop Girlfriend

'COPGRL2' - Cop Girlfriend. Partly dressed.

'COPGRL3' - Cop Girlfriend. Dressed.

'CLAUDE' - Claude from GTA3

'CROGRL1' Girl 2 - Millie naked?

'CROGRL2' Girl 2 - Millie?

'DWAYNE' Dwayne - You pick him up on 'Wear Flowers In Your Hair'

'EMMET' Emmet - Sells old, dodgy guns xP

'JANITOR' Janitor - Hardly ever seen or heard of. He is in some Wuzi cutscenes...

'JETHRO' Jethro - You know Dwayne? Well this guy is the more popular of the two for some reason...

'JIZZY' Jizzy - You kill him in 'Ice Cold Killa'. I kinda liked this PIMP though.

'HERN' Hernandes - He's dead now too... Poor guy was forced into being a crooked cop, then killed for squeeling.

'SUZIE' Suzie - Suzie!? Some woman with glasses and hair in a bun. Looks like a guy to be honest.

'SWEET' Sweet - Sweet is your brother and leader of Grove Street.

'TBONE' T Bone - You blow him up in a helicopter (You kill him)

'TENPEN' Tenpenny - You kill him. Or rather, he kills himself by driving off the edge of a bridge with a Firetruck.

'TORINO' Toreno - Teaches you to fly and sets you on a load of suicadal missions!

'TRUTH' The Truth - Alien Hunter. Also sets you on a suicide mission.

'WUZIMU' Wu Zi Mu - Wuzi for short. He's another good friend. Owns a betting shop and the Four Dragons Casino.

'ZERO' Zero - Makes you do some nice lil RC flying.
