[Q] What is newopcodes.cleo

Where can I download newopcodes.cleo?
I've seen it on many great CLEO mods.
so I wanted to use and make my own CLEO with it.

from name of .cleo, it adds new opcodes.
so I need SASCM.INI to use that plugin

Do you know what the opcodes are? You can find anything on Google with quotes...

I think newopcodes.cleo adds opcode like ClipboardControl
