Please help me find Vehicle camera reset timer

The New Guy! Posts: 11 Joined: 9-January 13  | Hello  I am searching since 2 days, the SA memory address(es) for the vehicle camera reset timer, you know, when you don't move the camera for one second while driving, it moves the camera behind the car or wherever it needs to be placed (depending on the vehicle velocity). I think it's somewhere inside CCam_Process or close. I also tried to search for "1000", "TimeInMilliseconds", "padQueryTime" etc... but no luck. This is driving me crazy, so I decided to ask here! I would like to change the one second to whatever I want, or completely disable it. I also tried 2 programs that was supposed to patch the game to disable this camera reset, but both doesn't work, one crash the game and the other one doesn't even open... Please help me find it!
