CLEO is a library made by Seemann which adds more available functions to San Andreas. This means that CLEO mods are better than any other kind of mod available.

Also, CLEO gives you the abillity to install script mods without starting a new game, unlike the usual script mods that modify the .scm. You are able to install just about as many mods as you want, too... with little risk of one mod ruining another. Yay for CLEO!

To get CLEO, visit the website: http://cleo.sannybuilder.com

In the top-left corner, click the link that gives you an auto-installer of CLEO. Once you've downloaded it, follow the installation and you will have CLEO!

Now it's time to install some mods, eh? You can get some from the database on this website here. Installing them is simple. You will probably get a .rar or .zip file that you have to open with a tool such as "WinRAR" or "WinZip" ("WinRAR" is reccommended). Just open the file and inside you should find a file with the extension ".cs" or ".cm" if it's a CLEO mission.

Usually instructions are provided with the mod on where you should place the files. If there are other folders inside, simply copy them too, along with the .cs or .cm file to your GTA San Andreas\CLEO directory.

This is usually: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\CLEO\

Once you've copied your files there, play San Andreas and they should be loaded. In the most recent versions of CLEO, there is yellow text on the pause menu that tells you how many CLEO mods have been loaded wink.gif
