I want to open IntOperations.cleo from the CLEO SDK.
But I couldn't open it! The same text appears when I open it with Notepad!
Please help me, How to open it with C++.

First C++ is a programming language, you can't "open" something with C++. Second .cleo files are compiled. Third just leave it.

Look at the source of that thing, If you have CLEO SDK, you have the source of IntOperations.cleo at some folder (I don't remember what folder)
