The flag set by this opcode is 1 by default.
This command is probably named 'TRIGGER_VIGILANTE_CRIME' as San Andreas would have had 'Good Citizen Award' bonuses as in Vice City, however such functionality didn't exist in the final version of the game, either intentionally or due to a programming error by Rockstar. |
